Greta's Gnus - July 2009

Julianne Isis-Scherker, daughter of Patricia Isis and Steve Scherker was recently inducted into the U of Florida's Hall of Fame.  She majored in Education and plans on obtaining her masters at the University in Education.  Mazeltov to Julianne and her parents.....

Mazeltov also to Mark Newman and his parents, Michael and Patricia.  He recently obtained his BS degree from University of South Florida......

Welcome to new members Roni and Ned Tannenbaurm.  They are long time friends of Shep and Linda Faber.  Welcome and hope we see you around the temple......

Talking of new members, a tip of the hat to Kathy Fisler who is a new member.  Kathy is not only seen around the temple often but she is always busy doing something.  She was instrumental in helping Rowena cover the Chikee with the temporary roof for the yard sale.  Welcome Kathy and hope other new members get involved, too......

It is with deep regret that we bid adieu to long time members Gail and Brad Clement and their sons Peter and Tyler.  Gail and Brad have accepted positions at Texas A& M University.  As their sons both leave for their respective colleges Gail and Brad will head west to their new home.  Gail, in her quiet way, has done so much for Beth Or over the years.  (very often with both or one of her sons assisting her)  Farewell and hope you will find tme to visit us in the future.  We wish you well.............
